Hijab in the UK

This British policewoman entered in to Islam and insisted on wearing her hijab at work, the news is that this woman is the first British policewoman wearing a hijab during work. The beautiful part in the story is that the authorities did not intervene in the matter and left the policewomen as she desire. 

Wonder why the french are so against it!
